Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of Banti. By creating an account or connecting a tool to Banti you agree to them. If you are using Banti on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
Banti audits product experience, runs agents through user flows, and turns repeated friction into evidence-backed tickets and — where safe — draft pull requests. Humans approve every merge.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe.
- You confirm you have the right to grant Banti access to the systems you connect, and that doing so does not violate a third-party agreement.
- You will not share access with people outside your organization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Banti to violate any law or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code of the service.
- Submit content you do not have the right to use, or that is harmful or unlawful.
- Probe, attack, or degrade the service or related infrastructure.
- Use Banti to build a directly competing product.
Your data
You retain all rights to data you connect or upload (“Customer Data”). You grant Banti a limited license to host, process, and analyze Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service. We will not sell Customer Data, and we will not train third-party foundation models on Customer Data without your explicit opt-in.
Our service
Banti and all related software, models, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription, subject to these terms.
Beta features
Some capabilities are labeled beta or preview. They may change, become unavailable, or behave inconsistently. They are provided as-is, with no specific service-level commitment.
Fees and billing
If your plan is paid, fees are described in your order form or in-product pricing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continued service creates a security or legal risk. On termination we will provide a reasonable export of Customer Data on request, and delete the remainder per our privacy policy.
Disclaimers
Banti drafts tickets and pull requests; humans review and approve every change. Recommendations are based on available signals and may be wrong. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenue. Each party’s aggregate liability arising from these terms is capped at the fees you paid Banti in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local law requires otherwise.
